Step by Step Process

Our Appraisal Process

- Once you make contact with us, we will request information from you about your appraisal needs.

- From that information, we will prepare a contract proposal for you to sign which details your request, the timeline, our fee, and our requirements to complete the appraisal.

- When the contract is signed and returned, we will immediately set up a field inspection date to record detailed notes and take pictures of each item.

- Our attention is then focused on finding comparable items from a multitude of sources to establish values for your items.

- We use the internet, hard copy, and personal sources to discover values.

- Completion usually takes two weeks after the inspection but can vary depending on the location and number of items to be appraised.

- We supply four copies of the finished appraisal to the client as a standard practice.
